Provider and scope

Dr. Intelligence is operated by Westbridge Media F.Z.E (ConConAI), Ajman Freezone, United Arab Emirates. It provides conversational, AI-supported medical orientation and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or a qualified healthcare professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Dr. Intelligence.

Informational only

The assistant provides AI-generated, informational orientation only - not professional medical advice. You rely on its output at your own risk, and a qualified clinician remains responsible for diagnosis and care. See the medical notice for details.

Use of the assistant

Provide information to the best of your knowledge, use the service lawfully, and do not delay urgent medical care because of an online response. Severe or sudden symptoms require professional care immediately.

No warranties

The service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. The information may be incomplete or unsuitable for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid in the previous three months or USD 100.

Availability and changes

Availability cannot be guaranteed, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Ajman / Ajman Free Zone). Disputes are resolved by binding, confidential arbitration seated in the UAE under the DIAC rules, in English, before a sole arbitrator, on an individual basis only; class and collective actions are waived.
