How Dr. Intelligence handles your information: what is collected, how it is used, who processes it, and your rights.

Data minimization
Dr. Intelligence is designed to collect as little information as possible for AI-supported medical orientation. Please avoid entering details that are not relevant to your health question, and do not include information that could identify other people.
What we collect
We may process the queries and messages you submit to the assistant, basic contact or registration details if you provide them, and standard visitor analytics. Interactions with the assistant are pseudonymized when they are collected.
How we use it
We use data to deliver and secure the service, to improve our products, and for limited communications. From de-identified signals we may create anonymized, aggregated market-insight products, which may be commercialized. We do not sell personal data - only anonymized aggregates.
AI and service providers
We rely on trusted processors under data-processing agreements, including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI processing), Upstash (rate limiting), and Google Maps. They process data only on our instructions.
International transfers
Processing may take place outside the United Arab Emirates and the EEA. Where it does, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Location for finding nearby practices
When you ask to find nearby practices, we use your approximate location — from your device with your permission, or a city or postcode you enter — for that single search only. It is not stored, and your symptom details are never sent to the map provider.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability, and object to certain processing. Users in the EU/EEA may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. To exercise a right, contact privacy@conconai.com. See also the medical notice.
